While being attentive to the real estate business, Erin and Kelly have been active in their community, donating numerous hours to the local American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, Girl Scouts, grammar and high school athletics, Sonoma Valley High School Boosters, the Valley of the Moon Boys and Girls Club, and the Sonoma Valley Vintners and Growers Association. They are currently involved in the Mentoring Alliance, NorBAR Sonoma Valley Chapter Charitable Fund, and the Pacific Union Sonoma office Charitable Fund. They have also dedicated themselves this past year to fundraising for multiple sclerosis research and have raised over $6,000.

Regional Executive and Vice President of Relocation Services Silvas is the branch executive of the Sonoma Valley Office for Pacific Union International, Inc., a real estate brokerage company specializing in luxury country, rural, suburban, and urban properties in San Francisco, the Wine Country and surrounding communities of the Bay Area of Northern California.
Previously, Silvas and her husband, Mike, owned and operated a small boutique real estate firm in the Wine Country for over 10 years. Prior to that, Silvas was Vice President of Corporate Services for Dilbeck Realtors, a 14-office firm in Northwest Los Angeles and Ventura counties. During that 20-year tenure, Silvas hadresponsibility for developing and managing all of the corporate real estate business for Dilbeck Realtors, including relocation, REO, and managed move transactions.Having been actively involved in real estate sales, management, and relocation for over 30 years, Silvas is widely respected in the industry and is a frequent speaker at relocation and real estate-related conferences and symposiums—both locally and nationally. Her experience in all aspects of real estate and relocation has given her a unique perspective on the industry and provides a valuable resource for the agents and clients she serves.
Debbie TatumTransaction Coordinator
An integral part of the team, Debbie Tatum, Transaction Manager, oversees the timing, documentation and compliance of each transaction. Her expertise lies in managing the details and specific requirements and paperwork conforming to real estate law, Pacific Union International company requirements and local custom. Having over 30 years in the real estate industry and as a licensed real estate broker, Debbie monitors the progress from the time of acceptance of an offer through the closing with meticulous care and proficiency.
